解約 Contract cancellation
解約退去時に保証料よりクリーニング費用15,000円償却させていただきます。
*お部屋・家具に破損などない場合は、20,000円返却となります。
*解約のご連絡は退去希望日の30日前までにご連絡ください。通知が１ヶ月未満の場合は解約通告日から１ヶ月分の家賃をお支払い頂きます。

*When a resident leave a room, cancellation notice is needed one month before.In case of contract cancellation in the middle of a contract period, the surplus is non-refundable.Where a notice period required is less than one month, collect an amount equal to at least one month’s rent from the cancellation notice day.
